You account will include $25/mo in "usage credits." Usage credits are used for phone number(s), text messages, emails, etc. The first month, the phone carriers charge a brand registration and a campaign registration fee. Approximately $21. For individual agents using the platform, they tend not to need more than $25/mo in usage credits. If you do higher volume and/or have multiple agents, and run out of the provided $25 of usage credits, your credit card on file will be charged in $25 increments to re-fill your usage credit account (Unused credits that were charged to your credit card will roll over to the following month).
